Hello Chuck,

We generally will allow these Billboard reflectors for use with Part 15 transmitters. These are located at significant distances from the Part 15 transmitter and used only to change the direction of the signal to overcome obstructions as long as the field strength from the reflector is equal or less than what goes out, there is no increase in antenna gain and there is no interference.
